Generally our items can be worn for day to day use, however a guideline should be followed to insure your items are kept in the best of conditions:

- Store in our Packaging provided or in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity.
- Clean gently with a Jewellery dry cleaning cloth.
- Avoid contact with chemicals, including household cleaners and cosmetics.
- Remove before engaging in activities that could damage the jewelry.
- Although our items resist water, it is advised to keep your rings away from water, as this may cause stones from loosening and falling out.
- Seek professional cleaning and maintenance when needed.

Yes! Because we use only real gold plating and pure hypoallergenic stainless steel, you can wear your piece day in and day out, including in the shower, with no worries about skin sensitivity, jewelry fading, or anything in between. Wear and enjoy.

We aim to process orders as fast as possible. If any changes are required to your order, you may email us at info@afsaana.co within 12 hours. Any requests made after will be denied. You may return or exchange your order within 100 days. Custom products cannot be returned.
